Abstract
ABSTRAK Limbah B3 Puskesmas mempunyai potensi besar untuk mencemari lingkungan, menimbulkan kecelakaan, dan penularan penyakit apabila pengelolaan limbah medis belum sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengelolaan limbah Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun (B3) di Puskesmas Kota Madiun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian di 6 Puskesmas Induk Kota Madiun selama bulan Agustus-Desember tahun 2023. Variabel independen penelitian ini pemilahan, pewadahan, penyimpanan, pengangkutan, pemindahan ke pihak ketiga. Variabel dependennya pengelolaan limbah B3. Pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi dan cheklist kemudian di analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan limbah B3 di Puskesmas A, B, C, D, E, F Kota Madiun mempunyai kategori baik. 6 Puskesmas di kota Madiun semua Puskesmas dalam pemilahan B3 mempunyai kategori cukup, dalam pewadahan limbah B3 6 Puskesmas di kota Madiun rata-rata memiliki kategori baik, penyimpanan limbah B3 6 Puskesmas di kota Madiun rata-rata kategori baik, pengangkutan limbah B3 6 Puskesmas di kota Madiun rata-rata kategori baik, pemindahan limbah B3 ke pihak ke 3 6 Puskesmas di kota Madiun rata-rata kategori baik. Dalam pengelolaan limbah B3 semua Puskesmas Kota Madiun mempunyai kategori baik. Dari 6 Puskesmas kota Madiun dalam pengelolaan limbah B3 sudah mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup Dan Kehutanan Republik Indonesia Nomor P.12/MENLHK/SETJEN/PLB.3/5/2020 tentang Penyimpanan Limbah B3. Dari 6 Puskesmas Kota Madiun belum ada layout jalur pengangkutan limbah B3, perlu pelatihan PLB3, melengkapi fasilitas kemasan dan simbol limbah B3. Kata Kunci : pengelolaan limbah bahan berbahaya dan beracun (B3); puskesmas ABSTRACT Health Center B3 waste has great potential to pollute the environment, cause accidents and spread disease if the management of medical waste does not comply with applicable regulations. The aim of this research is to determine the management of Hazardous and Toxic Waste (B3) at the Madiun City Health Center. This research is a descriptive research. The research location is at 6 Madiun City Main Health Centers during August-December 2023. The independent variables of this research are sorting, containerization, storage, transportation, transfer to third parties. The dependent variable is B3 waste management. Data were collected by means of observation and checklists then subjected to descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that B3 waste management at Community Health Centers A, B, C, D, E, F Madiun City has a good category. 6 Community Health Centers in the city of Madiun, all Community Health Centers in the B3 classification have a sufficient category, in terms of B3 waste storage, 6 Community Health Centers in the city of Madiun have an average of good categories, storage of B3 waste. 6 Community Health Centers in the city of Madiun have an average category of good, transportation of B3 waste. 6 Community Health Centers in Madiun city has an average of good category, the transfer of B3 waste to 3rd parties. 6 Community Health Centers in Madiun city has an average of good category. In managing B3 waste, all Madiun City Health Centers have a good category. The 6 Madiun City Health Centers in managing B3 waste have referred to the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia Number P.12/MENLHK/SETJEN/PLB.3/5/2020 concerning Storage of B3 Waste. Of the 6 Madiun City Health Centers there is no layout for the B3 waste transportation route, PLB3 training is needed, complete packaging facilities and B3 waste symbols.
