Abstract
ABSTRAK Kondisi Sanitasi Pasar merupakan keadaan lingkungan yang dapat mengakibatkan tersebarnya penyakit yang disebabkan oleh lingkungan dan komponen pasar,sehingga memerlukan pemeriksaan,pengendalian dan pemantauan serta penelitian.Pasar sehat adalah kondisi pasar berih,aman,nyaman,dan sehat yang dapat dilakukan dengan kerja sama seluruh uni tpasar untuk menjamin keamanan. Tujuan penlitian ini untuk mengetahui kualitas fasilitas sanitasi Pasar Ngale dan menilai kualitas fasilitas sanitasi Pasar Ngale. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian deskriptif metode penelitian memberikan atau menjabarkan suatu objek untuk memcahkan masalah. Penelitian ini dengan cara melakukan observasi dengan tujuan untuk menggambarkan kondisi fasilitas sanitasi Pasar Sehat Pasar Ngale Kecamatan Paron Kabupaten Ngawi secara luas, detail, dan terperinci. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pemeriksaan lapangan, wawancara, observasi, dan menggunakan perhitungan sesuai dengan petunjuk penilaian yang terdapat pada formulir (IKL) yang sesuai dengan Permenkes No.17 Tahun 2020 tentang Pasar Sehat. Variabel penelitian ini sanitasi lingkungan Pasar Ngale . Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan Formulir Inspeksi Kesehatan Lingkungan Pasar Ngale didapatkan hasil keseluruhan kondisi sanitasi meliputi : air untuk kebutuhan higiene sanitasi (87,5%); kamar mandi / toilet (70%); pengelolaan sampah (58,33%); saluran pembuangan air limbah (70%);pengendalian vektor dan binatang pembawa penyakit (60%) kualitas makanan dan bahan pangan (68,75%).Dengan akumulasi hasil akhir kondisi sanitasi pasar (25,5%). Pada penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pasar Ngale Kecamatan Paron Kabupaten Ngawi tidak memenuhi syarat Pasar Sehat sesuai dengan Permenkes No 17 Tahun 2020 dimana nilai yang didapat 25,5% menyatakan bahwa pasar tidak memenuhi syarat karena pasar Ngale mendapatkan hasil <70 % Pasar Sehat. Saran untuk pihak pengelola pasar agar lebih memperhatikan dan memonitoring kebersihan pasar dan juga memberikan rasa aman nyaman bagi para pedagang dan pengunjung. Dapat memperbaiki kondisi sanitasi pasar yang tidak sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. This type of research is descriptive research. Descriptive research is a research method that provides or describes an object to solve a problem. This research involves conducting observations with the aim of describing the condition of the sanitation facilities at the Ngale Market Healthy Market, Paron District, Ngawi Regency in a broad, detailed and detailed manner. Data collection was carried out by field inspection, interviews, observations, and using calculations in accordance with the assessment instructions contained in the form (IKL) which is in accordance with Minister of Health Regulation No.17 of 2020 concerning Healthy Markets. The research variable is environmental sanitation at Ngale Market. The results of research using the Ngale Market Environmental Health Inspection Form showed overall sanitation conditions including: water for sanitation hygiene needs (87.5%); bathroom/toilet (70%); waste management (58.33%); wastewater drainage (70%); control of vectors and disease-carrying animals (60%) quality of food and foodstuffs (68.75%). With the accumulated final results of market sanitation conditions (25.5%).. In this research, it can be concluded that the Ngale Market, Paron District, Ngawi Regency does not meet the Healthy Market requirements in accordance with Minister of Health Regulation No. 17 of 2020 where the value obtained is 25,5%, stating that the market does not meet the requirements because the Ngale market gets <70% Healthy Market results. Suggestions for market managers to pay more attention to and monitor market cleanliness and also provide a sense of security for traders and visitors.
