Abstract
“HUBUNGAN PERILAKU PENCEGAHAN DENGAN KEJADIAN TB PARU DI WILAYAH PUSKESMAS CANDIREJO KECAMATAN MAGETAN KABUPATEN MAGETAN TAHUN 2024” xvi Halaman Permulaan + 72 Halaman Isi + 14 Tabel + 4 Gambar + 11 Lampiran Tingginya kasus TB Paru di suatu wilayah dapat disebababkan dari beberapa faktor, salah satunya adalah dari faktor perilaku pencegahan masyarakat seperti perilaku membuka jendela pada pagi hari, menjemur sofa atau kasur secara rutin, menjaga pola hidup bersih dan sehat, faktor pendukung lainnya yaitu perilaku merokok yang tidak dapat dihentikan. Sehingga penelitian ini memiliki maksud untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat suatu hunbungan antara perilaku pencegan dengan kejadian TB Paru di wilayah puskesmas candirejo Kecamatan Magetan Kabupaten Magetan Jenis penelitian ini menggunkan metode analitik dengan pendekatan case control. Sampel untuk penelitian ini yaitu mantan penderita yang pernah dinyatakan positif TB Paru dalam kurun waktu tahun 2021-2023, dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 68 yaitu mantan penderita dan non penderita di wilayah puskesmas candirejo Magetan. Perhitungan sampel menggunakan rumus Lemeshow, alat pengumpul data menguunakan instrumen kuesioner dengan soal pengembangan peneliti sendiri. Pengujian hasil menggunakan uji korelasi kentijensi. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil mengenai hubungan antara perilaku dengan kejadian TB Paru di wilayah puskesmas candirejo Kecamatan Magetan Kabupaten Magetan adalah kurang baik, dan terdapat dua variabel yaitu sikap dan tindakan responden yang masuk dalam kategori kurang baik, maka hal tersebut mengenai perilaku pencegahan dapat ditingkatkan dengan adanya penyuluhan secara rutin mengenai definisi TB Paru, dampak yang akan ditimbulkan, pencegahan supaya tidak tertular dan tidak menularkan kepada orang lain, pengobatan secara lengkap apabila sudah terjangkit. So this research aims to find out whether there is a relationship between prevention behavior and the incidence of pulmonary TB in the Candirejo Community Health Center area, Magetan District, Magetan Regency. This type of research uses an analytical method with a case control approach. The sample for this study were former sufferers who had tested positive for Pulmonary TB in the period 2021-2023, with a sample size of 68, namely former sufferers and non-sufferers in the Candirejo Magetan Health Center area. The sample calculation uses the Lemeshow formula, the data collection tool uses a questionnaire instrument with questions developed by the researcher himself. Testing the results using the contingency correlation test This study obtained results regarding the relationship between behavior and the incidence of Pulmonary TB in the Candirejo Health Center area, Magetan District, Magetan Regency, which is less than good, and there are two variables, namely the attitudes and actions of respondents that fall into the less than good category, so that regarding preventive behavior can be improved by providing routine counseling regarding the definition of Pulmonary TB, the impacts that will arise, prevention so as not to be infected and not to transmit to others, complete treatment if infected.
