Abstract
Siska Ayu Ningtias UJI KUALITAS KIMIA DAN BAKTERIOLOGIS DEPO AIR MINUM ISI ULANG (DAMIU) DI WILAYAH KECAMATAN BERBEK KABUPATEN NGANJUK Viii + 56 Halaman Isi + 9 Tabel + 4 Gambar + 7 Lampiran Air minum adalah air yang diolah atau tidak diolah yang memenuhi persyaratan kesehatan dan dapat diminum langsung. Air yang dapat diminum dapat digunakan untuk minum, memasak, membersihkan peralatan makan dan minum, mandi, membersihkan bahan makanan untuk dikonsumsi, beribadah, dan lain-lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas air minum isi ulang di Kecamatan Berbek melalui kualitas kimia dan bakteriologis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium Poltekkes Kemenkes Surabaya Prodi Sanitasi Kampus Magetan. Jumlah populasi seluruh depo air minum isi ulang di Puskesmas Berbek berjumlah 20 Depo. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 4 depo. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah pemeriksaan laboratorium berupa pemeriksaan Besi (Fe), Mangan dan MPN Coliform. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas air minum isi ulang secara kimia yaitu tidak mengandung besi dan mangan memenuhi syarat air minum sehingga layak dikonsumsi dan kualitas air minum isi ulang secara bakteriologis tidak memenuhi syarat air minum karena kualitas air mengandung bakteri MPN Coliform. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pemeriksaan kualitas air minum isi ulang dari pemeriksaan kimia memenuhi syarat dan pemeriksaan bakteriologis tidak memenuhi syarat, sehingga air tersebut tidak layak dikonsumsi sebagai syarat air minum. Disarankan melakukan pemeriksaan rutin mesin filtrasi untuk menghindari alat yangsudah tidak berfungsi, terutama pada bagian sinar UV untuk mengurangi bakteri mikroorganisme yang ada di dalam air. Potable water can be used for drinking, cooking, cleaning tableware and drinking, bathing, cleaning foodstuffs for consumption, worship, and others. Safe drinking water is water that meets all requirements regarding physical, chemical, microbiological and radioactive properties as per the standard. This type of research is descriptive research. This research was conducted at the Polytechnic Laboratory of the Ministry of Health Surabaya, Sanitation Study Program, Magetan Campus. The total population of all refillable drinking water depots at the Berbek Health Center is 20 depots. The number of samples taken was 4 depots. The instruments used are laboratory examinations in the form of Iron (Fe), Manganese and MPN Coliform examinations. The results of this study show that the quality of chemically refillable drinking water, namely does not contain iron and manganese, meets the requirements of drinking water so that it is suitable for consumption and the quality of refillable drinking water is bacteriologically not qualified for drinking water because the quality of the water contains MPN Coliform bacteria. The conclusion of this study is that the quality of refillable drinking water from chemical tests is qualified and bacteriological tests are not qualified, so the water is not suitable for consumption as a condition for drinking water. It is recommended to carry out regular inspections of the filtration machine to avoid equipment that is no longer working, especially on the UV light part to reduce microorganisms in the water.
