Abstract
ABSTRAK Alat pelindung diri adalah alat yang mampu melindungi pemakai dari bahaya atau resiko yang dapat dihasilkan dari tempat kerja. Apabila perusahaan tidak memperhatikan pemakaian alat pelindung diri kepada karyawan hal ini dapat beresiko merugikan perusahaan serta karyawannya. PT. Rekaindo Global Jasa Bergerak di bidang jasa konsultan engineering dan support komponen kereta api, sebagian besar hasil produksi adalah untuk mendukung proses produksi kereta api PT. INKA (Persero) dan anak perusahaan terkait. Adapun produk yang dihasilkan dari PT. Rekaindo Global Jasa desain 3D Drawing, Panel Kontrol Elektrik ( KRL, LRT Palembang, LRT Jabodebek, Kereta Penumpang, Kereta Makan, dan Kereta Power), Driver Desk Panel, Signal Lamp (Side Lamp & Tail Lamp) serta kursi penumpang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran pemakaian alat pelindung diri pada karyawan di Workshop Sukosari PT. Rekaindo Global Jasa Madiun Tahun 2024. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Sampel penelitian karyawan yang berada pada Workshop Sukosari PT. Rekaindo Global Jasa berjumlah 32 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini kuisioner Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keseluruhan karyawan (100%) memiliki pengetahuan yang baik, karyawan memiliki sikap baik sebanyak 24 (85,7%) dan memiliki sikap buruk sebanyak 4 (14,3%), karyawan memiliki tindakan baik sebanyak 18 (64,3%) dan memiliki tindakan buruk sebanyak 10 (35,7%) serta keseluruhan karyawan (100%) memiliki perilaku yang baik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, yaitu keseluruhan 28 karyawan memiliki perilaku dan pengetahuan yang baik, 24 karyawan memiliki sikap yang baik, 4 karyawan memiliki sikap yang buruk, 18 karyawan memiliki tindakan yang baik dan 10 karyawan memiliki tindakan yang buruk. Adapun penyebab beberapa karyawan masih memiliki tindakan dan sikap yang buruk dikarenakan faktor yang ada diluar penelitian ini. Kata kunci :alat pelindung diri, pengetahuan, sikap, tindakan, perilaku pemakaian alat pelindung diri ABSTRACT Safety Personal Protection Equipment is equipment designed to protect users from harm or risk that may occur in a work environment. If the company does not pay attention to the use of PPE for its employees, this poses a risk to the company and its employees. PT. Rekaindo Global Jasa operates in the field of engineering and support for railway components. The majority of its products are in support of PT. INKA (Persero) Railway and related subsidiary companies, including all types of railway passenger cars, light rail vehicles (LRT), Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), and high-speed railway passenger cars. The purpose of this research is to gain an understanding of the use of PPE by employees working in the Rekaindo Global Jasa Workshop in Sukosari, Madiun in 2024. This research follows a descriptive method. The sample size for this research was 32 employees working in the workshop, and the sampling technique used was total sampling. The research tool used was a questionnaire. The results showed that all employees (100%) had good knowledge, 24 (85.7%) employees had good attitudes and 4 (14.3%) had bad attitudes, 18 (64.3%) employees had good actions. ) and had 10 bad actions (35.7%) and all employees (100%) had good behavior. The conclusion of this research is that a total of 28 employees have good behavior and knowledge, 24 employees have good attitudes, 4 employees have bad attitudes, 18 employees have good actions and 10 employees have bad actions.
