Abstract
ABSTRAK Kejadian Diare dapat terjadi di seluruh dunia dan menyebabkan 4% dari semua kematian. Penyebab penyakit diare dikarenakan masih buruknya kondisi sanitasi dasar, maupun rendahnya perilaku masyarakat untuk hidup bersih dan sehat. Desa Sukowidi merupakan salah satu desa yang terdapat di Kecamatan Panekan. Dari tujuh belas desa, Desa Sukowidi menjadi desa tertinggi penderita penyakit diare yang mana menurut data dari Puskesmas Panekan pada tahun 2024 terdapat temuan 50 penderita dengan prevalensi 2,45%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui kondisi sanitasi dasar serta PHBS pada penderita diare di Desa Sukowidi, Kecamatan Panekan, Kabupaten Magetan tahun 2024. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan desain penelitian ecological dan populasi serta sampel seluruh penderita diare di Desa Sukowidi, Kecamatan Panekan, Kabupaten Magetan sebanyak 50 penderita kemudian data disusun dengan tabulasi lalu dianalisi menggunakan analisis tabel deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kondisi sanitasi air bersih memenuhi syarat sebesar 56%, kondisi pembuangan tinja/jamban memenuhi syarat sebesar 82%, kondisi pengelolaan sampah tidak memenuhi syarat sebesar 100%, kondisi pembuangan air limbah tidak memenuhi syarat sebesar 62%, dan pewadahan dan penyajian makanan minuman tidak memenuhi syarat sebesar 58%, sedangkan kondisi sanitasi dasar tidak memenuhi syarat sebesar 52% dan PHBS dalam kategori baik sebesar 98%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kondisi sanitasi dasar tidak memenuhi syarat dan PHBS dalam kategori baik. Sebaiknya dapat dilakukan perbaikan seperti melakukan pengelolaann sampah yang benar, kondisi saluran limbah tertutup, serta menutup makanan jadi serta menggunakan wadah makanan yang bersih. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya disarankan untuk melakukan penilaian mengenai pola pikir, sikap, dan tindakan penderita diare. The cause of diarrhea is due to the poor condition of basic sanitation, as well as low behavior of the community to live clean and healthy. Sukowidi Village is one of the villages in Panekan District. From Tutjuhteen Village, Sukowidi Village became the highest village sufferer of diarrhea which according to data from the Panekan Health Center in 2024 there were findings of 50 sufferers with a prevalence of 2.45%. This study aims to determine the conditions of basic sanitation and PHBS in diarrhea sufferers in Sukowidi Village, Panekan District, Magetan Regency in 2024. This type of research uses a type of descriptive research with ecological research design and population as well as samples of all diarrhea sufferers in Sukowidi Village, Panekan District, Magetan Regency as many as 50 patients and then the data is arranged and then analyzed using descriptive table analysis. The results of this study are that the condition of clean water sanitation meets the requirements of 56%, the condition of the disposal of feces/latrine meets the requirements of 82%, the condition of waste management does not meet the requirements of 100%, the condition of the wastewater disposal does not meet the requirements of 62%, and the service and presentation Foods do not meet the requirements of 58%, while basic sanitation conditions do not meet the requirements of 52%and PHBS in the good category of 98%. The conclusion of this study is the basic sanitation conditions do not meet the requirements and PHBS in the good category. Basic sanitation conditions that do not meet health requirements can be improved such as managing the correct waste, the condition of the waste channels closed, and closing the finished food and using clean food containers.
