Abstract
Enggar Galih Kinanthi “Hubungan Kondisi Sosial Ekonomi Dan Kondisi Rumah Dengan Kejadian Penyakit Tuberculosis Paru Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Dander Kecamatan Dander Kabupaten Bojonegoro Tahun 2024” 71 Halaman + 23 Tabel + 2 Gambar + 5 Lampiran Tuberkulosis adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh infeksi Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Kondisi perumahan yang tidak sehat juga dapat menyebabkan peningkatan kasus tuberkulosis, terutama di masyarakat miskin dan pemukiman padat penduduk. Status sosial ekonomi yang buruk dalam keluarga juga berkontribusi pada kemiskinan, yang menyebabkan kondisi kerja yang buruk dan rendahnya pendapatan keluarga yang tidak cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasar mereka. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional ex post facto dengan pendekatan case control. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui hubungan kondisi sosial ekonomi dan kondisi rumah dengan kejadian penyakit Tuberculosis Paru di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Dander Kecamatan Dander Kabupaten Bojonegoro Tahun 2024. Hasil penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara kondisi sosial ekonomi dan kondisi rumah dengan kejadian penyakit tuberculosis paru di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Dander Tahun 2024. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kondisi sosial ekonomi dan kondisi rumah memiliki hubungan dengan kejadian penyakit tuberculosis paru. Namun untuk jenis dinding tidak memiliki hubungan dengan kejadian tuberculosis psru di wilayah kerja puskesmas Dander. Unhealthy housing conditions can also lead to an increase in tuberculosis cases, especially in poor communities and densely populated settlements. Poor socioeconomic status in the family also contributes to poverty, which leads to poor working conditions and low family incomes that are not enough to meet their basic needs. This type of research uses an ex post facto observational method with a case control approach. This study aims to determine the relationship between socioeconomic conditions and home conditions with the incidence of Pulmonary Tuberculosis disease in the working area of the Dander Health Center, Dander District, Bojonegoro Regency in 2024. The results of this study are that there is a relationship between socioeconomic conditions and home conditions and the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in the working area of the Dander Health Center in 2024. The conclusion of this study is that socioeconomic conditions and home conditions have a relationship with the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis. However, the type of wall has no relationship with the incidence of tuberculosis psru in the working area of the Dander health center.
