Abstract

Alvi Amalia Salsabilla “PERBEDAAN KEKERUHAN DAN KADAR MN AIR PERMUKAAN DENGAN PROSES AERASI DAN FILTRASI” xv Halaman Permulaan + 50 Halaman Isi + 10 Tabel + 10 Gambar + 10 Lampiran Embung sebagai cadangan air yang menampung air di musim hujan, yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat untuk irigasi dan air bersih di musim kemarau, sehingga harus menenuhi syarat Permenkes Nomor 2 Tahun 2023. Parameter yang tidak memenuhi syarat yaitu kekeruhan 18,00 NTU dan kadar Mn 0,60 mg/l yang berdampak pada kesehatan manusia jika tidak diolah. Penelitian untuk mengukur kekeruhan, kadar Mn pada air permukaan sebelum dan setelah melalui proses aerasi dan filtrasi. Jenis penelitian Pra Eksperimen dengan desain One Group Pretest-Postest. Uji yang digunakan adalah Uji Paired Sample T-test. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah grab sampling dengan 32 sampel sebelum dan setelah perlakuan. Dari hasil penelitian kekeruhan sebelum perlakuan diperoleh rata-rata 159,38 NTU, kadar Mn 0,30 mg/L. Hasil kekeruhan setelah perlakuan 79,70 NTU (50,00 %), kadar Mn 0,12 mg/L (63,70%). Dari hasil Uji Paired Sample T-test kekeruhan dan kadar Mn yaitu p-value 0.000 < α (0,05), sehingga H1 Diterima, berarti ada perbedaan kekeruhan dan kadar Mn pada air permukaan setelah proses aerasi dan filtrasi. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya supaya ditambahkan ketebalan bahan atau mengganti beberapa bahan yang berbeda pada proses filtrasi untuk menurunkan kekeruhan dan kadar Mn. Parameters that do not meet the requirements are turbidity 18.00 NTU and Mn content 0 .60 mg/l which has an impact on human health if not processed. Research to measure turbidity and Mn levels in surface water before and after going through the aeration and filtration process. Pre-Experimental research type with One Group Pretest-Posttest design. For further research, increase the thickness of the material or replace several different materials in the filtration process to reduce turbidity and Mn levels.
